TALENT CRUNCH:  80% OF YOUR COMPANY KNOWLEDGE LOST IN 2008

“Businesses who can harness employee knowledge will survive”

The next wave of economic growth is going to come from knowledge-based businesses – those with the intellectual capital to enable them to make smart products and services.

No matter what type of business it is- manufacturing, retail, service- it will be necessary to manage the knowledge of that company’s personnel to achieve economic growth.

Companies that create infrastructures to promote innovation and continual learning will flourish.  Those that do not will struggle to stay in business.

About our Speaker:
Carrie Van Daele is a professional speaker and writer who is extremely passionate about the topic of Intellectual Capital.  Van Daele got her start in training and development on the Human Resource staff at Sheller Globe.  Her first consulting engagement came through Ivy Tech where she consulted in SPC and Time Management at Whirlpool in LaPorte, IN.  Van Daele's Fort Wayne based company is now a thriving business consulting and training service.  When companies want to enhance or change performance to affect productivity, they call Van Daele & Associate, Inc.

In addition to speaking and running a dynamic business, Carrie authored a book entitled 50 One-Minute Tips For Trainers and is featured in several publications such as Women of Achievement and Business People Magazine, as  well as in various newspaper articles.
