The Human Resource Association of Southeast Michigan (HRASM) is a professional association providing educational and networking opportunities to  human resource professionals in southeastern Michigan.

Formerly known as the Lenawee County Personnel Directors Association, HRASM became a chartered chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management in 2001.  The name was changed to be more reflective of the nature of our profession and to better reflect the geographic scope of our membership.
